This policy helps delegates and employers understand transfer windows, provider fees, community access limitations, and how program changes are handled.

Organizations may request to transfer a delegate pass to another person from the same organization before the published transfer deadline.

Refund windows

Refund requests may be reviewed based on request date, ticket type, payment status, and event planning commitments. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

Community access

Community access and subsidized tickets may have separate review terms and may not be convertible to cash value.

Program changes

Speakers, rooms, agenda timing, and program formats may change as planning progresses. The summit will aim to preserve the promised leadership outcomes and participant experience.
