What is the difference between delegate registration and speaker/researcher pathways? +
Delegates buy instant-access passes to sessions, workshops, and certificate programs. Speakers and researchers submit proposals or abstracts for committee review; once accepted, they get specialized dashboard access.
How does the Travel Visa Invitation Letter process work? +
Select the "International Delegate Pass". After payment, your dashboard unlocks the optional invitation-letter request. The letter supports your visa application but never guarantees a visa or entry — immigration decisions rest with the Canadian authorities, and you pay your own government visa and biometric fees.
Can I register multiple team members under one company invoice? +
Yes. Select the "Employer or HR team" pathway for a Group Pass key. Distribute registration codes to up to 4 staff members, who then verify their own roles and dashboard credentials.
