How do I request my IRCC Invitation Letter?

Once you purchase an International Delegate Pass, log into your user dashboard and click on the 'Visa Support' tab. You will be asked to fill in your passport details, organization role, and purpose of travel. Our visa team will review and register your name with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under our event registry code and issue a PDF invitation letter within 3-5 business days.

What happens if my visa is delayed or rejected?

We provide a clear refund protection policy: if you apply for your visa at least 60 days before the event and submit official proof of rejection, we issue a 100% refund (minus a $150 processing fee) up to August 1, 2026. A 50% refund is available for rejections between August 2 and September 15. After September 15, no refunds are given, but you can transfer the ticket to another person or convert it into a Digital Access Pass with a partial refund credit.

Can I transfer my ticket or switch to a digital pass?

Yes. Ticket transfers to a colleague can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the event via your Dashboard account. If you cannot attend in person, you can convert your registration to a Digital Pass at any time before September 20, 2026. The price difference will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

The summit takes place at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 90 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, ON L6W 4S1. Registered delegates get access to a preferred room rate block. Details and booking links are available in your Dashboard and on the International Pathway page. Complimentary parking is available at the venue for all attendees.

How do I travel from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) Airport to the venue?

The Courtyard by Marriott Brampton is located approximately 15-20 minutes north of Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Delegates can take airport taxis, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), or public transit (Brampton Transit/GO Transit). Detailed transit guides and schedules can be viewed under the Travel section of your Dashboard.

How are dinner networking tables and cohorts assigned?

During the ticket onboarding process, you will be invited to fill out a networking survey about your industry focus (HR/Employer, Health Care, Startups, Academic Research). We use these answers to match you with a dinner networking table on Friday night and assign you to peer circles that share your practical leadership goals.
