How do I request my IRCC Invitation Letter?
Once approved and paid, open the 'Invitation Letter' tab in your dashboard and provide your passport details, role, and purpose of travel. We issue a verifiable PDF with a QR code, typically within 3-5 business days. The letter and guidance are provided as support only — you pay your own government visa and biometric fees, and it does not guarantee a visa or entry. Immigration decisions rest with the Canadian authorities.
What happens if my visa is delayed or rejected?
If your visa is refused, send your official IRCC refusal letter within 30 days. After verification, we refund your payment less the USD 500 administrative fee. Standard cancellations are refundable less that fee up to 60 days before the summit; once your invitation letter is issued, payments are non-refundable except under these visa-refusal terms. Can I transfer my ticket or switch to a digital pass?
Yes. Transfer your pass to a colleague before the published deadline, at no charge, via your dashboard. See the refund and transfer policy.
What are the accommodation arrangements?
The summit is at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 90 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, ON L6W 4S1. Registered delegates get a preferred room rate block; booking links are in your Dashboard and on the International Pathway page. Complimentary parking for all attendees.
How do I travel from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) Airport to the venue?
The venue is about 15-20 minutes north of Toronto Pearson (YYZ). Take an airport taxi, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), or public transit (Brampton/GO Transit). Detailed transit guides are in the Travel section of your Dashboard.
How are dinner networking tables and cohorts assigned?
During onboarding you complete a short networking survey on your focus (HR/Employer, Health Care, Startups, Academic Research). We use it to match your Friday dinner table and peer circles to your leadership goals.
