Registration, payment, dashboard, application, and access-support information should be collected only for summit operations, service quality, communications, and lawful administration.

How information is used
Information is used to manage registrations, deliver event services, process payments, coordinate access needs, review applications, communicate updates, prepare reporting, and improve the participant experience.
Payments
Live payments are processed by a payment provider such as Stripe. AHLS should not store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
Communications
Participants may receive registration confirmations, program updates, access information, sponsor or speaker logistics, and essential event notices. Non-essential marketing messages should include an unsubscribe path where applicable.
