Accessibility
Access is part of the summit experience, not an afterthought.
AHLS 2026 is planned for participants, speakers, researchers, sponsors, media, volunteers, and guests who need clear information before arriving at Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 90 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton, Ontario L6W 4S1.
The participant wants to know they will be welcomed before they arrive.
Access planning covers mobility, dietary needs, sensory comfort, communication support, safer-space expectations, and clear onsite guidance.
Requests should be collected early and handled with care.
Dietary requirements are collected during registration and coordinated with catering where available.
Participants can request quieter seating, reduced stimulation support, or room guidance before arrival.
We collect interpretation, captioning, large-print, and communication-access requests early so the team can assess what can be arranged.
How requests are handled
Share access needs as early as possible. The summit team reviews requests, confirms what is available, and coordinates with the venue or vendors when needed. Some requests depend on timing, venue capability, and vendor availability.
Onsite support
Participants will receive event-day guidance through registration communications, venue signage, and summit staff. Urgent onsite concerns can be raised at registration or with a designated team member.
Contact
Access requests can be started through the registration and account flow, or reviewed with summit support at access@ahlsummit.com.
